Terms and Privacy Policy
These Terms and Privacy Policy govern the manner in which the Royal Swimming LLC, Royal Swim LLC, and Zero to Swim LLC (collectively, the “School”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School and the terms in which it offers products and services. These Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the School and all courses offered by the School.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.
How we use collected information
The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently. -
To personalize user experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School. -
To send periodic emails
We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.
Third party websites
Student may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Student, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability, Release, Indemnification, and Waiver
By acknowledging below: (a) I confirm that I am eighteen (18) years old or older; (b) I freely, voluntarily, and knowingly assume all risks in connection with using any products or services of the School; (c) I release the School and its affiliates, employees, members, owners, professionals, and contractors, from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute that may arise between me or one or more other users of the School’s products or services, if applicable to me, I also waive California Civil Code §1542, which states that a general release does not extend to claims which the person does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if not known by him or her must have materially affected his or her decision; (d) I, or any other person who in any manner makes use of or accepts the use of the School’s products or services, or who engages in any such activity, agrees that he or she is doing so at his or her own risk, and shall hold the School, it's owners, employer, representatives, professionals, and agents harmless from any loss, cost, claim, injury, damage, all liability, sustained or incurred by him or her resulting therefrom, and/or resulting from any act of any owner, employer, professional, representative, or agent of the School; (e) I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the School and its affiliates and its and their officers, owners, members, directors, employees, advisors, agents, other representatives (each, an “Indemnified Person”) from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, joint or several, to which any such Indemnified Person may become subject arising out of or in connection with the School’s products and services or any claim, litigation, investigation or proceeding relating to any of the foregoing; (f) I acknowledge and agree that I shall not defame or criticize the services, business, integrity, veracity, or personal or professional reputation of the School or any of its directors, owners, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents of any of the foregoing; and (g) I acknowledge and represent that I have thoroughly read the foregoing waiver, release, and other provisions above, that I understand them, and that I voluntarily as my own free act and deed acknowledge and affirm such provisions.
Changes to the Terms and Choice of Law
The School has the discretion to update these terms at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and become aware of modifications and all agreements and provisions hereunder shall be construed under the laws of the State of Michigan.
Retention of all Rights
Notwithstanding your purchase of the School’s products and services, nothing therein transfers or licenses any rights in the School’s products or services, or any other information or technology, to Student. The School owns and shall retain all rights, title, and interests, including all intellectual property rights, in and to its products and services, and any and all improvements, enhancements, modifications, adaptations and/or derivative works thereof, whether made by Student and/or other parties jointly.
Your acceptance of these terms
By enrolling in the School or by purchasing any services or products, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the School or purchase our services and products. Your continued enrollment in the School and use of services and products following the posting of changes to these Terms and Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
